By accessing Linkworld Online or creating an owner account, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide discovery tools, listing hosting, and owner-portal features on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Owner accounts & listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you publish.
• Listings must not be misleading, illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates policies or applicable law.
• Subscription limits (such as catalogue size and images) depend on your active plan.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the platform. The Linkworld Online brand, software, and templates remain our property.

Disclaimer

Listings are provided by third-party businesses. We do not endorse every listing and are not a party to transactions between users and businesses, except where we explicitly provide payment processing. Use your own judgment when contacting businesses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero for free usage).
